Accounting So Far

I was reading the report from Hayes.

It says he has seized apprx. 43.95M so far but that we are 42M short of the money needed to pay back all principles.

That means we are at about 51% for the money we could get back WITHOUT the fees associated with the Reciever. Could anyone from Hayes confirm these roughs numbers?
