Can I get around seasoning?
Purchased a condo for cash ($73,200) at auction which is currently in the rehab phase. I will be putting roughly $10k into the rehab as well. Are there any lenders out there that can get me refi’d sooner than the 6 month seasoning? Thanks in advance!
