Collage courses to expand my REI skill set
I'm looking to take some courses at the local community collage to really add to my real estate skill set. My main business plan focus is doing BRRRR on multi-family units then quickly moving up to larger and larger apartment complexes.
If you had your choice of any course (aside from getting a real estate license), what would you take?
