Being a ventran investor for over 25 years with successes and dissapointments. Investing in rentals, land contacts, buying and selling properties has been profittable and enteraining and basically my entire way of making a living. Lately, being the last couple years, I ahve been approached y newer investors and older investors from out of my area as well as in my area wanting to make investments with money and people that are unknown ton me. So basically I am a handshake investor, uflly equipt with a great legal staff and CPA team. Still I have foudn myself being blaitenly robbed of a lot of my own money and other people newly associated to me. Bieng based out of Mid-Michigan and the only place I will invest I wondered nationwide and in the Mid-Michigan area if this is a apademic nationally, I would like to hear if anyone has experienced this in the Mid-Michigan area.
