Building vs buying a fourplex or duplex
Hello everyone,
What are your opinions on buying a piece of land and building a duplex and or fourplex. I am a real estate agent in California and starting to invest in properties. However the MLS is flooded with overpriced properties and it’s hard to find ones that pencil with a profit for flipping or holding. Any advice?
