Does anyone have general advice on whether Cincinnati or Kansas City would make a better investment area? If so why? Thanks!
Depends on so many factors, some of which are likely unique to your situation. I wouldn't say one has a natural advantage over another right now.
@Scott Bowles it may make sense to start networking in both markets and see where you find a better team to work with. I'm a Cincinnati investor, but I can't tell you that the good deals are overflowing here. Having good boots on the ground is what's gonna find you the right deals wherever you invest right now.
