TX Real Estate Lawyer for entity

Hello BP, I'm looking to purchase a duplex in San Antonio, TX with a partner. We are trying to set up an entity to buy-and-hold this property and I'm unsure if the best method for this is a Series LLC or a C corp. I'm looking for a real estate lawyer in TX that can help guide me through the best type of entity for my situation and help me set it up. Does anybody know anyone I can contact for this?

@Max Martin

I use Janet M. Drewry of the Law Office of Janet M. Drewry for all of my entity formation.  She also reviews documents, contracts and provides several other services at a very reasonable hourly.

PM me for best contact info, or a google search will get her office contact info.
