Vacation Rentals Abroad
Hello everyone,
I was just curious to see who among us invests abroad, specifically in vacation/short-term rentals.
I have been curious lately to look into it but would like to hear from those who have done it and/or are currently investing in it.
What are your personal likes/dislikes about it?
Pros? Cons?
Any strange situation you encountered and how you dealt with them.
Any feedback is much appreciated. I have been looking into properties located in the Caribbean specifically Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico (I know, not abroad).
