Wholesaling High Priced Homes

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the Chicago area and have had succes with my recent marketing, email, and direct mail campaign. Alot of sellers who contact me have high priced homes ("high" is subjective I know). My worry is that I will stuggle to find buyers above 250k into 300k territory since the pool shrinks the higher you go..... I probably should simply keep pushing through but deals get more intimidating the higher you go shaking my confidence in the numbers when it comes to making offers. Any chicagoland area wholesalers or buyers who can help ease my worries?

@Martineja Coats I am not a Chicago investor however there is always a buyer for a good deal. The question you must ask yourself is how long can I or are you willing to wait it out for a cash buyer? And the other question Is: how much money do you have to market the property to cash buyers if it is going to take longer than normal to sell it? The answers to these questions will lead you to make the correct decision. I hope this helps
