I only stumbled upon the article because i'm looking for properties in Pearland, and i decided to read some random news. There is constant new construction in this area and thanks to hurricane harvey there are a lot of remodel led houses on the market.
I wonder if this will bring an influx of remote investors, or if they're already here taking up the houses before i get a chance to get them myself.
