Wanted to get suggestions from individuals who have been successful at building power teams for their real estate business. What were and are some successful tips or strategies to acquire team members and bring out the best out of them?

I found this business to be extremely difficult and frustrating until I built a solid team around me, at which point it became much, much easier...

The most important parts of my flipping team include:

- My wife (marketer, agent, bad cop, etc)
- My project manager
- My mortgage broker
- My closing attorney
- My contractors (all of them)
- My CPA

There are several others, but once I had this core group, things became very easy...
