The main benefits of becoming PRO?
Hello Bigger Pockets Members,
As a new member on the site I’ve done some exploring and have been reading into topics. I’ve noticed that many members have PRO on their accounts.
Those of you that are pro, could you say a few things that you like about it?
I am very into REI and I want to use different tools to help me out - but I was wondering what do you guys like the most about PRO that helps you out?

@Harley Tigreros I paid for pro almost immediately after joining for two main reasons. Unlimited use of the calculators and the ability to watch archived webinars. I think those two features were worth the price of admission and gave me the confidence to jump into RE investing. Now I keep it, still for the calculators but also to support the site. BP has helped me in my real estate journey so it is my way to give back to them.
