What's everyone working on?

Having some cheap champagne and felt like being social. What are you folks currently working on? I'm personally trying out a new (to me) gc on my latest BRRRR deal: A little SFR that will cash flow nicely once its stabilized. I'm also 3 weeks away from refinancing the last one and then I can start seriously looking for my first small multifamily. Happy Saturday folks, hope all is well!

I am working on my first really cool website .. more of a brag peice than anything.. it will showcase all our new builds and communities we have built the last 6 years. show all the states we fund investors in and their product to hopefully help our Vendors sell more or BRRR more props with our help..

we are putting up a pretty robust one so we can add a lot of content to it .. I want to do Drone videos of our subdivisions I really like photos from the air.. plus links to google earth etc..
