Investment Properties Valued by DealCheck?
Has anyone used this app called DealCheck? I use an excel spreadsheet to project my returns, but this seems like it would be nice so you can update live.

@David Bardwell still a big fan of DealCheck? Do you find that it offers advantages over using the BP calculator? If so, I'd love to know more. Also, do you still have a promo code or know how to get one?
