Hey guys, My name is Eulice, I'm completely new to real estate investing. I'm currently in the Air Force, stationed in northern California and I'm looking to invest in Hudson Valley, NY or am affordable area around it. I'm specifically looking to invest in a smaller multifamily property to begin with. (as a rental property) Does anyone have any insight on the real state market in the area or areas near by??? Any advice, feedback, tips, recommendations or any help in general would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
