Real Estate Attorney in Des Moines?

Question

I'm looking to put an offer on a property with seller financing.  I've spoken to the seller and they are happy with my terms.  I'm putting together a purchase agreement but want to make sure it includes the correct seller financing addendum.

Does anyone in central Iowa or Des Moines have a real estate specific attorney that could help me out with this?  Looking for an attorney that mainly does real estate transactions not just a general attorney.

@Hubert Lamela For my closings I've been using either Charles Hendricks or Aaron Hubbard, and both are located close to Wasker.

@Becky Hiu was it hard for you to get a hold of attorneys at Wasker? I’ve called 3 times and they’re always busy.... I’ve sent emails as well. It’s good they’re busy Bc that means business is good but just wondering if you’re getting the same experience as I am
