Hello BiggerPockets community,

My name is Corey and this is my first time posting to the forum and I'm sure I'll be posting here frequently over the new few months. I've been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast over the past few weeks and I've been completely hooked. 

I live here Florida and I'm curious what are your favorite websites for crime and school zone data? I've recently identified some properties that I think would be a decent deal but I like to do some deeper research before reaching out to the owners.
