US Soldier Commercial Development Newbie
I am an Army Soldier that recently inherited 13 acres of unimproved commercial property with 2 acres of state highway frontage. This property is located about half a mile from a regional airport. The property is wooded and littered with scrap metal, machinery, vehicles and various junk. I want to invest in the property to establish some passive income but I’m severely limited in startup capital. Has anyone had any experience with this type of situation Any information or guidance you can provide is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
