Books My 16 Year Old Should Read
My 16 year old son is going to be reading some books on life skills and real estate investing basics this summer - he doesn't know this yet...lol. I listened to a BP podcast years ago where a father paid his daughter (she is an adult now being interviewed on the podcast) to read a few basic books as her part of her summer job and I would like to do the same thing. If anyone can direct me to that particular episode or has any suggestions I would love to hear them. Thanks

@William Downing one of the books many people have recommended is The Richest Man in Babylon. I like the original version quite a bit as it is written in the fashion of short parables (almost Biblical sounding). It is very simple, but has timeless principles about handling money. I plan to have my kids read it when they get older for sure.
I think a book like Rich Dad Poor Dad is also a good one to read, and it will definitely spur discussion! I gave my copy to my 16 year old cousin last year, and although she is not really a big reader, she found it fascinating.
