Strategy to save on closing cost by buying multiple from 1 seller

Hi guys, I'm interested in purchasing multiple properties from one seller. I presume there are ways to save on closing cost by grouping them together, but wondering what are some common strategies? If some title companies are more friendly than others, can you please PM me title companies that are friendly to grouping closing costs together?
