Private Investor Structure Question
Hi everyone,
I recently heard on a recent BP podcast where an investor funds his properties with private financing, and I’m curious to see who out there also employs the same strategy. How did you find your “angel” investor, what type of deals are you buying and what I’m most curious about- how do you structure your deals?
