Property Comps from agents
Hey everyone, I”m a wholesaler and I started working with a few new realtor for comps . You obviously have to send them the address to the property that you want comps from so can’t they just go behind your back and contact that homeowner themselves 🤔? I know getting your own RE brokers license would be a solution but anything else that can be done about this possibility?
