Hey, I’m new to this app but am looking to invest in Colorado. I love the area!
I’ve had experience in AirBNB, but I am looking to buy a town home or a 3 unit house to start long term rentals, with an AirBNB add on!

Check city and county regulations but it would be a great investment in Boulder.
