How could I go about looking for a partner?
0. I have been and continue to educate on real Estate Investing
1. I am building credit which I am doing well with that process .
2. I qualify for a FHA
3. I will occupy the property (doing small Multi-Fam house hacking)
4. I will be managing the property.
