Hello everyone,
I am new to the forum here and would like to hear some suggestions on the best vehicles for residual income. I have been a house flipper however, the having to reinvent myself and start over with each deal has me taxed and burned out. I am 50 and needing to look towards residual income opportunities that will sustain. Am currently looking at RV storage and the like as one option. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks

A lot depends on your personal presence...
in general (I’m assuming here) you’d want to be an active buy& hold investor. If that’s the case, your next step is to select the asset class you personally believe in! People make money with sfh, mfh, mhp & etc. The ball is in your court to do the research and to make a decision on the asset class. Some of the factors that may influence your decision: extensive presence of a particular asset class in the area where you reside, or where you’d like to reside. An extensive knowledge of a particular asset class.
