Looking to help and learn from FL investors.
I just finished a few month job in Fort Myers, FL and going to take some time off. I really want to get started in real estate, I'm thinking of duplex/ house hacking. I'm looking to learn from individuals that may have some experience in this area or any input. I'm new to the whole real estate investing and dont have much to offer in return. The only thing I can offer would be my time, I can help if your doing a rehab (moving things, construction, maintaining, etc.) Let me know if there is anyone out there looking for a little help and maybe share some kniwledge.
