How to skip trace LLC’s

Is there any way I can skip trace or find LLC's phone numbers & names of the owner so I can contact them about properties they bought near the ones I have under contract?

Yes; it's public record. Sometimes it will come up when you google the LLC name - but if it doesn't, go to the specific State's Division of Corporations to look it up by name. You'll be provided the address, manager's name and mailing address. Hope this helps.
