I am opening my eyes to purchasing/investing in real estate in the next year or two. L Trust me I wish it were sooner. However, I want to start networking, join a listing portal and analyzing deals so when the time comes I will be a Semi-Pro.
I am very interested in house hacking a duplex/Triplex ext. technically whatever I can afford at the time.
I currently have a 669 FICO score which I know will get me a loan, but I want to improve my score and need to mainly lower my debt to income ratio.
This post is more of a networking post to find agents who also invest in real estate. Who also service the Orange County/Winter Park/Hunters Creek/Kissimmee area (Either one works).
I will be the first in my family to ever do this and I need all the advice and help I can humanly get.
Open minded to Wholesaling as well, however I don’t quite get it yet.
