Obviously, there is a lot of focus on tax and politics in this article, but what about the practical implications for CA investors? I know many CA RE investors invest out of state, and in more resonantly priced areas of CA. What else are you doing? What do you expect to be doing in 10 years? What is the future of CA REI?
