Does anyone have any experience with or know anyone that's completed the Real Estate Investing Certificate from Harvard's extension school? Is it worthwhile? Did you learn any good strategies or get additional tools beyond what's here on BP? How does it compare to other paid REI education like Renatus, Rich Dad, or FortuneBuilders?
