Refinancing an LLC in the Atlanta area
I'm looking at purchasing a duplex about an hour north of Atlanta. My current plan is to purchase with cash using my HELOC and close the property in an LLC. If I want to refinance down the road to get a lower interest rate, will I be able to do that in the LLC? I've seen conflicting information here. Also, anyone working with a good lender in the area that they would recommend? Thanks
