Analysis Paralysis ! - Can’t let it stop you

So! I went to an open house this past Saturday. (An off market deal). I immediately knew walking the place that I had to make an offer! The owner owned it free and clear and was sick of being a landlord. I ran the numbers different ways, but wanted to gather exact information (how much for taxes, insurance). This caused a delay because I was waiting to get responses from people. I finally made the call this afternoon to make an offer and the seller says. “Hey! Yes it was nice to meet you but someone made an offer this morning and put down their earnest money”.

Moral of the story: Just do what feels right and figure the rest of the nitty gritty later! Time waits on no one.

I am happy that this happened because it will NEVER let it happen again. And this means I’m one step closer to achieving my financial goals.

No learn from me and start making those offers.
