If you want to Invest...

As I’ve started to use BP more often because I’ve made a commitment to focus on real estate and become financially independent thru investing. I’ve noticed a lot of brand new investors looking for advice on how to use other people’s money to complete their first deal. If you do not have the credit or the finances to complete your first deal I would strongly recommend working to fix those areas first. Real Estate is hard, if you are not a professional it is unfair to put someone’s hard earned money at risk.

Well said. The idea of it sounds great, but its not practical.

Too many gurus, not enough truth.

Why would ANY successful person give an inexperienced real estate investor money for a deal?

Now you know why using OPM (when you’re broke) doesn’t work.  ;-)
