If you use an database will will find an email address of an old property owner that you want to keep in contact with. If you are a new owner of the house then you can get info on the old property owner who used to live there. Getting contact info like an email or web mail address just to communicate. This is a smart plan of action and other wise keep the other owner updated. Telephone & email.
