Working Remotely from Oregon

Hey guys! So I’m working on my first Wholesale deal and the property is in L.A. but I live in Portland, Oregon.

I have a contact who is an agent in the L.A. area and was thinking of asking them to take pictures and secure a lock box for the property. What is the appropriate compensation for this task and how should I go about proposing the task?
