Vacant Properties - Locating Owners
I've come across 3 properties where they are clearly vacant/abandoned. However I cannot locate the owners to have a discussion with them.
I'm using the Deal Machine app on these properties and they do not have a different addresses to contact the Absentee owners. An enhanced search on one of the properties provided a number, but that number is now disconnected.
Has anyone else ran into similar issues on contacting the owners of abandoned properties? How were you able to overcome it?
