I hear it not good to put investment property under your name but under an entity or LLC - is this true? as I do see the positive to an entity/LLC.

If under an entity - what name or how to you plan on the naming for your LLC?

Are there forms that can be used that are universal to rental investment property that I may use? if anyone has or a website that shares them it would be greatly appreciated.
