Finding Rental Rates In My Area

Tim Maynard
Posted

What is the best resource or resources, to get a ballpark range of rental rates in areas that I'm looking at investing in?  I will mainly be focusing in single family homes and duplex/triplex/fourplex.

We love to use Rentometer.com (it's free!) for our rental rate estimations. After putting something under contract we go deep with our property manager as well.
