Close to securing First Property - FHA Duplex

Hi there.

My wife and I are FINALLY making the move on getting into real estate investing. We got approved for an FHA loan and we'll occupy one side mostly during the week since we still have our actual home. Radon testing in progress and actual inspection is tomorrow. We are so close but I don't want to celebrate just yet...until we actually close. New tenant moving in at the end of April.

Any thoughts on what to except from now until we close??
