Random thoughts on the new normal--yours?

Well, like everyone else I've been worried about keeping parents safe, home-schooling kids and economic security. BP has been a source of information, occasional frustration, distraction and humor. So I thought it would be fun and valuable to have a collection of ideas for what changes in real estate "usual procedure"  will be once the corona epidemic passes. Looking forward to seeing peoples ideas. Go crowdsourcing! Keep bullets short and sweet. Here's some to get started, and I'm sure people have better:

* virtual work will migrate down the food chain of jobs, making internet/visual hookups more like a utility and possible differentiator for residential landlords

*rental/business interruption insurance will evolve..more expensive and more comprehensive?

* lots of restaurant spaces will contract/go vacant...wonder how they can be repurposed?

* small retail with limited spaces in town hubs more valuable in a social distancing world?

I bet there are some great insights on this forum.

* Air b and b investments repurposed to longer term rental housing
