Applying BRRR method in south Florida
My husband and I currently owned 4 Property and only our last one was purchase applying the BRRR principles. Is there anyone in this forum doing it in Dade and Broward County this type of investment. I'm a Real Estate Agent and I find extremely difficult to find here properties with enough equity (75% of ARV )

Not the right market for it unless you find a deeply discounted deal that’s off-market and direct to seller.
