Amazon facility coming... tips needed
There is a new Amazon distribution Center construction about to start very close to where I own a duplex. I’m wondering if there is anything I should be doing to take advantage of the opportunity as an investor?
Any tips appreciated. Thanks

If a lot of jobs are heading to that area, it's probably worth trying to pick up another property there.
