REO Properties to wholesale

Hey everybody! Really quick wanted to see what kind of response and info I get back on a deal we are trying to analyze. I had a question that I haven't seen a whole lot of information on. I have a lead on an Estate Owned property. I've tried a few different angles on trying to get in contact with the point of contact for the estate. Has anyone had any luck with these types of properties that could provide a little feedback? Thanks in advance.

You can purchase it first and then try to sell it, but banks aren't going to play around with 'wholesalers' trying to assign a contract.
