Industrial/Commercial Suggested Investor KPI's

Hello, I am working to pull together a dashboard with key performance indicators of my personal industrial and commercial investments. The highest level KPI's I plan to monitor are listed below. My portfolio includes a mix of commercial property (fully rented), two industrial (fully rented) and one upcoming investment available for sale or lease in August 2020. Eventually I may add some 2-4 unit residential flats to ensure diversification. Please let me know if you would add any more KPI's to the list below. Thanks in advance.
