How would you run comps on a houseboat?

I got a call yesterday about a property on a marina. I searched the address on propstream and I couldn’t find any information on it.

How would you go about pulling comps on the property?

Sounds cool. Try boat trader for the value of the boat? You’re basically buying a Mobile home that floats/sinks and costs 10x to repair. You’ll be paying the marina like you would be paying the mobile home park owner.
