What is a fair offer to JV Partner

Hello:

I have a 3 bedroom single family home under contract in Florida. I got a 1st mortgage and now am thinking of getting a JV partner, who has $15,000.00 cash for closing costs and minor rehab. Any thoughts on what would be fair to offer to this partner for their $15,000.00. Or what terms I should have for this partnership
