Looking for printing recommendations for USPS EDDM Postcards

Hi BP I am looking to do my first USPS EDDM (every door direct mail) campaign. I am not particularly skilled at graphic design and would prefer a quick/ easy template. I am based in So-Cal and want to send out my postcards mid August. Any insight you may have is much appreciated!

Who would you recommend?

Is it worth it to pay the printing company to take care of the mailing as well?
