Partnership structure ?
I am Purchasing a 6 plex and am Financing 80% with money from a refinance on my personal home (3.5%) and cash for the remainder. My Partner is young and energetic and found the property and would manage and maintain. This is a new build so we are not concerned their will be much. I want my partner to feel ownership while he is building his nest egg. What partnership structures would you recommend?
