New Investor in South Florida
My name is Connor, I’m a 23 year old who’s newer to the real estate investing world but here to network and learn from everyone.
My background:
I own and operate an impact window company in Stuart, FL that I started 3 years ago. My dad is a State Licensed General Contractor and my mom is a licensed realtor so it’s a no brained that I’m in the real estate world.
I have been saving and now I’m ready to put my plans into action. Any helpful tips or strategies are appreciated. I am working on buying a 4-plex here in Stuart so I will keep you all updated!

If you have been saving that is essential. Next research your specific strategy (house hack, BRRRR, etc) and then identify needed team members to help you reach that goal. This website is a great place to start.
