Investor Agent in Memphis
Hi all, I'm looking to pick up some flips in Memphis area. Preferably in areas that an owner occupant to buy in. I've done plenty of brrrr in Memphis so I already have a rehab crew. What areas specifically would be good for flipping? Purchasing in the <$200k range and making at least $30k on the flip?
